Both companies have identical boards of directors and are run by a unified management team. Shareholders in each company have equivalent economic and voting rights in the BHP Billiton Group as a whole.
Senior Contract and Procurement Supervisor

Reporting to Finance Controller, this position will be accountable for develop, implement, standardize and improve our end to end contract management and procurement processes and systems.
Responsibilities include providing high quality services as well as technical advice to user departments in developing and negotiating contracts and service arrangements ensuring that annual performance objectives are achieved within approved operating budgets and high compliance with our polices, business code of conduct and any other related regulations.
To be considered for this position, you must have competences which include knowledge of various contracting types and strategies related to project execution; Contract writing skills; Financial evaluation, life cycle costing; Extensive experience in contract negotiation. You should be fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia and have good knowledge of commercial law and insurance. Experience in SAP will be an advantage.
