PT.Golden Energy Mines is the coal mining group subsidiary of Dian Swastika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) a Energy and Infrastructure company. Currently we supply 4-5 million tons of coal per annum to Coal Powerplants and Industries such as cement and paper both locally and internationally.
We mine coal from our many concessions, and at the same time also purchase from other mine owners. We aim to be a reputable leading coal company with good consistent standards. If you are a mine owner or coal end user, we are happy to hear your proposals.

One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:


Production Department Head (Code : PDH)

Requirements:
  • Male, max 45 years old
  • Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering
  • Minimum 10 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years in managerial level as Production Department Head
  • Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac
  • Minimum POM certificate
  • Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)
  • Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
  • Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan

Production Superintendent (Code : PS) / Mining Operation

Requirements:
  • Male, age maximum 37 years old
  • Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering/geology
  • Minimum 5 years experience in coal mining industry
  • Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
  • Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
  • Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
  • Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willing to be placed in remote area

Infrastructure Senior Manger (Code : Infra Senior)

Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
  • Minimum 10 Years Experience in road infrastructure, bridge, port at mining industry
  • Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage
  • Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan“ certificate is preferedGood analytical ability and have a good problem solving
  • Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
  • Be able to adapt quickly
  • Will be placed in head office (Jakarta)

Infrastructure Project Superintendent (Code : Infra Project)

Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience in handling mechanical aspect, develop coal crusher plant, barge loading conveyor, coal washing plant, etc.
  • Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage
  • Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving
  • Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
  • Be able to adapt quickly
  • Will be placed in site

Senior Mine Plan Engineer (Code : Senior MPE)

Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university
  • Minimum 7 Years Experience as mine plan engineer in coal mining industry
  • Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
  • Having skill
  • Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac
  • Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving
  • Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
  • Will be placed in site
 
Pit Geotechnical Section Head / Geotech Model & Development Section Head (Code : PitGeotech)

Requirements:
  • Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering
  • “Pratama or Madya” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred
  • Min. 5 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering
  • Mining heavy industry experience is essential
  • Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement
  • Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software of both LEM (Slope/W, Galena, Swedge, etc) & FEM (Phase2, Seep/W, Sigma/W)
  • Self motivated and self starter
  • Good interpersonal relationship skill
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English
  • Have experience in river / creek diversion is an advantage

Geotechnical Modeling Engineer/Geotechnical Engineer (Code : Geotech Modeling)

Requirements:
  • Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering
  • “Pratama” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred
  • Min. 2 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering

Land Compensation Superintendent (Code : Land Comp)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to do land compensation, to monitor and processing the land certificate as needed by the company, to Support and make sure that mine concession comply with regulation, as representing if there some case to the courtEnsuring proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections
  • Plan, communicate and negotiation land compensation requirement with land owners within reasonable price and time framePlan, manage and control problems handling and potential issues handling related with Land acquisition plan and implementation activities (including identify the problems, liaise with company s lawyer/law firm)
Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 Degree in Law or related field from reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in land compensation and land acquisition
  • Ability to schedule and complete the assigned tasks
  • Having good ability to negotiate and to develop relationship with local community
  • Having Good knowledge of coal mining regulation and land compensation is preferably
  • Ability to collect and analyze local data for problem solving tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively within team colleagues

HRGA Site Superintendent/Supervisor (Code : HRGA Site)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in handling personnel administration, training and development
  • Responsible for internal and external relations & communication regarding to HR matters
  • Implementing HR strategy to support operation division to achieve their target
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law/Management from reputable University
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar position (site area)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Industrial Relations practice, labor law or government regulation, employment agreement, HR Procedures and Process
  • Experience in handling compensation-benefit and personnel administration
  • Experience in coal mining industry will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills and good team work
  • Will be placed in site

IR/ER Site Section Head (Code : IR/ER)

Responsibilities:
  • Memberikan jasa konsultasi dan konseling bagi karyawan yang memerlukan, terutama di site
  • Mengkaji, mengembangkan, merevisi dan meng-create SOP dan WI yang berhubungan dengan ER/IR employee
  • Mengarahkan dan memotivasi setiap individu karyawan agar mendukung kebijakan perusahaan
  • Menjadi mediator antara perusahaan dan karyawan apabila terjadi perbedaan pendapat tentang regulasi perusahaan yang berlaku
  • Menciptakan komunikasi timbal balik dengan membuat sarana komunikasi berupa sumbang saran untuk menyalurkan opini karyawan pada organisasi
Requirements:
  • Male, age between 35 years up to 45 year
  • Minimum S1 Law / Psychology / Management
  • \Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of Industrial Relations / External Relations
  • Understand the Law. 13, 2003 on Labor
  • Understand the Law. 2, 2004 on Industrial Relations Dispute Resolution
  • Mastering the coaching and counseling techniques
  • Mastering the technique of problem analysis
