SENIOR MINING ENGINEER
Monitor, control and supervise mining staff and resources in order to produce systems and procedures that effectively support the mining operations in achieving performance within budget.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
- Min. 3 years experience as a Mining Engineer in open-cut mining
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Willing to be placed in all company s locations or Jakarta
- May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze and adjust data of production, record details of the day s work on a daily report pad in order to establish project performance report.
- Identify engineering problems, propose solutions and expedite client agreement where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to the progress of the works.
- Review client specifications, drawings and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented.
- Complete daily timesheets, including activity descriptions and cost codes, for each person and, where required, plant item under his responsibility.
- Prepare data of real/ technical cost, liaise with surveyor in calculate mining reserve from drilling for project analysis purpose.
- Coordinate requisition for small tools and consumable materials as required in order to provide site operations support.
- Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
RECRUITMENT OFFICER
Prepare, monitor, administer, and conduct all recruitment activities (sourcing, head hunting, applicants data, interview result, recruitment report, etc.) in order to ensure all the recruitment activities are well manage and documented in timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any diciplines, preferably in Psychology.
- Three years of experiences in Human Resources, especially in the arrangement of recruitment and placement, job description and job specification.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiar with various recruitment and assessment tools.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Recruitment Coordinator in providing the analysis of external consultants and review them in order to seek the best recruitment channel for the vacant positions, e.g.: campus recruitment, newspaper, ERP, Job Fair, outsource, etc.
- Evaluate the incoming Personnel Request Form (PRF) and its requirements for pre-recruitment process.
- Perform recruitment and pre-selection process includes applications screening, tests, arrange interview, and also participates in interviewing candidates to ensure that the organization needs of manpower are filled with qualified people conformed with company s procedures and regulations.
- Provides the required reports and / or analysis including benchmarking regarding the candidates for further recruitment process.
- Provides the weekly and monthly progress report concerning recruitment and selection progress for further compilation by HR manager.
- Monitor and organize documents of new hire to provide administration support.
